Meralomas
The Lomas have been the backbone of the VWFL since the beginning. They are proud members of the Meraloma Club, based in Connaught Park in Kitsilano.

Rebels
The Rebels have been a core team in the VWFL for over two decades. In 2023, they won gold at the Provincial Championships and have represented the league at many other tournaments across the province.
Wildcats
The 2005 Wildcats are a new addition to the league this year and bring a wealth of success and competitive spirit to the VWFL.
