New Website:

• Sports Illustrated ($299 US per year, $2.50 US fee per registration, plus 3% credit card transaction).
• Jacquie will look into if we can have one person (per team) pay for entire teams fees

Emails:

• Each executive team has their own email address (i.e., league recruitment, treasurer). Please let me know if YOU want one.
• I will be changing the passwords for the accounts by the next meeting (I'll let those that need to know the passwords).
• need to give Jacque banking info.

Advertisement:

• We need budgets for League Recruitment and Social Marketing (will be determined once we have figured out costs/fees).
• Katie will ask for costs for new banners.

The Lil Tournament (June 3, 4, 5):

• Confirm details with Mable League.
• Get confirmation with Marilyn regarding sharing parks for the playoff weekend.

North Van Parks/Southhill:

• Talk to Cor (LMS) regarding North Van
• Katie to talk to Tommy regarding Southhill

Icebreaker Tournament:

• Find out who is organizing/helping the women side
